Or, just to receive a second opinion who has not been involved in the process and can have an unbiased opinion. This makes ATL much more optimal in our selection process, filtering through our domestic consultants then receiving outside opinions, maximises our chances at selecting the perfect candidate for the role.

On all of our platforms, we have software that streams all applicants from all of our sources to one spreadsheet. This makes our hire process very optimal and allows no candidates to slip through the cracks.

As mentioned with our streaming software, a system within the software automatically ranks candidates based on how well they have articulated their CV, and scores them based on accuracy and experience. This can save up to 3 days for our team as as instead of interviewing them in random order, we are faced with the best candidates first, and work down the list; this is not to say candidates further down are not great selection, it just means they maybe lack content, or lack experience the position.
