Specialized Positions
Labourers
We offer top quality labourers nationwide, all equiped with necessary PPE provided by ATL along with a keen and motivated attitude. We have labourers who obtain a wide variety of expertise prepared for any and all tasks provided
Drivers
We provide class 2, 3, 4, and 5 drivers nationwide. Varying from small, medium and large vehicles. All drivers undergo extensive screening, and continuous safety training ensuring they are well equipped for the job they are being contracted to do
Steelies
We offer experienced steelies nationwide. We’ve assisted in all kinds of steel fabrication from columns, beams, walls, pads, piles and all kinds of steel fixing works
Civil excavation
We offer quality civil and excavation workers with a great deal of experience. Weve assisted several companies to create a foundation for a new construction project, such as a building or a bridge, or to uncover artifacts or other objects of historical or archaeological interest. Concrete breaking and manipulation could be one of ATLs most common and experienced practises
Painters
We supply a wide range of painters all over the country, residential and commercial varying the size of the site. We have painting labourers who assists with basic tasks, unqualified but heavily experienced painters, along with both qualified painters and apprentices for the complete service availability
Hammerhands
We offer hammerhands nationwide. These guys are labourers with tools, lads with experience with both hand and power tools. For this position we offer a price range based on the calibre of work required, this is because the skill and experience varies allowing us to put forward the right guy for a competitive market rate
STMS
We offer various STMS positions nationwide all with previous experience and necessary PPE with up to date safety training
Glasshandlers
We’ve assisted multiple glass companies nationwide with glazing and installations, painting frames and sensitive salvation. Glass a high risk high reward line of expertise, we offer a variety of skill sets in this field with the common attribute of willingness to take on knowledge, and the strong ability to listen and learn effectively, minimising potential risk
Warehouse assistance
We supply warehouse contractors all over the country who work inhouse for the client performing a wide range of tasks such as:
- Operate mechanical lift, winch, or vehicles.
- Load and unload materials.
- Take inventory of materials shipped or received.
- Store, count, weigh, and open materials received.
- Load and unload trucks, railway cars, and other vehicles for transporting goods.
- Fill warehouse orders.
Builders/apprentice
ATL are proud to have within the past 6 months supplied both builders and apprentices nationwide. Some have been a placement fee change over, and others have been a pay by the hour arrangement. Apprentices are the heart and future of the building industry so ATL is proud to be progressing the progress of construction whilst giving the younger generation opportunities.

All new personnel undergo rigorous screening to ensure that they have a basic understanding of site safety to avoid potential hazards.
