As well as in house recruiting professionals, ATL has the ability to outsource to a third party to conduct the interviews for high calibre positions. Or, just to receive a second opinion who has not been involved in the process and can have an unbiased opinion. This makes ATL much more optimal in our selection process, filtering through our domestic consultants then receiving outside opinions, maximises our chances at selecting the perfect candidate for the role.

Advanced candidate selection

ATL obtains multiple premium memberships for a variety of recruiting tools, allowing us to reach far more demographics than our competitors. On all of our platforms, we have software that streams all applicants from all of our sources to one spreadsheet. This makes our hire process very optimal and allows no candidates to slip through the cracks.

Faster hiring process

As mentioned with our streaming software, a system within the software automatically ranks candidates based on how well they have articulated their CV, and scores them based on accuracy and experience. This can save up to 3 days for our team as as instead of interviewing them in random order, we are faced with the best candidates first, and work down the list; this is not to say candidates further down are not great selection, it just means they maybe lack content, or lack experience the position.

Many of our prices are in ranges that are agreed with the client. This is to avoid a small company paying the same amount that a medium sized company would pay for the same position, as financial input/output and salary are factors that influence ATL pricing.
