Straight forward answer is no, we conduct our recruitment process and for that period of time you are only talking to us, if you make it to the final stage with us, you will be put forward to the hiring company (our client), and if all goes to plan, will be signed on to their system, and contractually work for that company onwards.

Yes, we have a specific interview process with an expertised individual in that field that will conduct the entire interview process as if you were being hired for ATL, however we submit our better judgement and all necessary information to the client that will either interview you themselves upon our submission of yourself, or sign you straight away based on the situation

This timeframe can vary depending on the calibre of position, and volume of applicants, we usually say no sooner than a week, and no longer than 3 weeks, however during this period, we are still open for applicants and still conducting our process, ATL will be very transparent with communication during this process to avoid confusion
